POLICIES 
 
All policies in place are subject to change as deemed necessary by FUSION Bearded Dragons. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or entity, for any reason. All animals are described to the best of our abilities on sales posts, including any defect (such as a nip, or missing toenail etc.) and genetics. Pictures are taken to represent the structure of the animal. Colour of the animal can vary by what device the picture is being viewed on, lighting, and camera being used to take the pictures. We strive to represent our animals as true to life as we can. We do not guarantee sex of any animal of any species under 6 months of age; however, we are usually very accurate sexing at an early age. We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of photos of the parents of any animal we sell. This is proprietary information and falls under Trade Secret protections. We will always provide genetic information on parentage of an animal purchased through us. This does not apply to animals purchased from a 3rd party. Animals purchased from a 3rd party are not our responsibility to replace or refund. Please contact the individual the animal was purchased from for assistance. 
 
FREIGHT – LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE 
 
Freight (via Qantas or Virgin) is booked through a third party being "Tail Travel. While FUSION Bearded Dragons has no control over how our animals are cared for once freighted, the following shall apply. 

Should there be a delivery mishap, you must provide a photo of damaged box and or dead animal/animals along side the original shipping container. DOA animals must only be removed from the original containers to photograph. Photos must be sent within 60 minutes of flight arrival. If you are not there to receive the package within 60 minutes of flight arrival, this will void our live arrival guarantee. FUSION Bearded Dragons will try our best to send a replacement bearded dragon, if a suitable dragon cannot be sent, a refund of the cost of both the dragon and freight will be offered. 

 
HEALTH GUARANTEE 
 
FUSION Bearded Dragons guarantees the health of your bearded dragon for up to 3 months from the day received. For this guarantee to be in effect, you must have provided proper care for your bearded dragon in accordance with the yellow highlighted sections of our care sheet found here: https://www.fusionbeardeddragons.com.au/care-sheet

Since this is a live animal, once they leave our hands, we cannot control how they are cared for. You must notify us immediately if you feel your dragon is experiencing any health issue or you are concerned for any reason. DO NOT TAKE THE ADVICE OF OTHERS OR AN INTERNET SEARCH ENGINE AS YOU MAY VOID YOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE. Not adhering to the above WILL void your health guarantee. If you co-habitat your bearded dragon, your guarantee will be void. We may request certain pictures and evidence to substantiate a claim, refusal or delaying may also result in your guarantee being void.

 

DEPOSITS 
 
In the event of a cancelled purchase on the buyers end that has nothing to do with the seller, it is up to our discretion on whether a deposit is returned and whether or not a portion is retained for food and housing. 
 
WE DO NOT HOLD ANIMALS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT AT OUR DISCRETION 
 
BULK SALES 
 
All animals purchased in a bulk lot may sold without genetic background information. 

 

WAITING LISTS

Having your name placed on one of our waiting lists does not guarantee you a bearded dragon unless specifically stated and a deposit is requested and paid.
